Jeffrey Bowser, P.E.

Jeff is a licensed Professional Engineer with over a decade of leadership experience in construction and project management across multiple sectors, including mining, healthcare, higher education, life sciences, technology, and infrastructure. He has managed large, complex projects valued at more than $150 million, ranging from campus expansions and hospital upgrades to broadcast facilities and civil works. His career includes leadership roles with Clark Construction, AECOM Tishman, Jacobs Engineering, and CBRE, where he directed a business unit of over 200 employees across the Pacific Southwest. Jeff brings deep expertise in client relations, operational excellence, and team leadership, with a proven ability to align technical execution with business outcomes.
